Strong incoming tide to battle against in one direction. Strongish wind in the other!

Some good interval work though.
6x400m with 200m RBI
4x200m with 200m RBI

Distances approx and suing buoys in the estuary as markers.

A little choppy at the far turn as well. Getting the training done.
